To the attention of the academic staff who will make an appointment at our center

Please consider these before making an appointment with the Academic Writing Center:

1. To get an appointment, first write your request via e-mail to gaziyazma@gmail.com. Then fill in the form in the link specified in the e-mail written in response to you. Thus, our center follows the appointment follow-up in two ways. If you just fill out the form, no appointment will be made.

2. Our appointments are usually completed 1 week in advance. Therefore, keep in mind that the most recent appointment to be offered to you can be given at least 1 week later.

3. You must approve or decline the appointment proposal within 24 hours. Otherwise, the proposal will be cancelled.

4. The academic writing instructor who will make the corrections of your study is determined randomly according to the distribution of appointments, not the preference.

5. Send us your study in WORD format only. No corrections are made on PDF or Latex format.

6. You must send your study to us by e-mail at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

7. If the word count of your study is more than 5000 words, it will be sent to you with corrections within the next day, not the same day.

8. Immediately after your study has been delivered to you, you must complete the "Satisfaction Questionnaire" in the link sent. Otherwise, no more appointments will be made for any work you are the author or one of the authors of.
